Latest scoped review — 25 October 2026
Chrome checks covered the home, work index, capabilities, engineering and contact pages; Frontier and An Epic Tail game pages; the Frontier, Last Slot and ForgePulse case studies; and quick enquiry. The same 11 routes were checked at 1440 and 360 pixels in light and dark mode with reduced motion. Keyboard checks included the mobile menu, skip link, enquiry validation and the horizontally scrolling metrics table. Submission responses were mocked; this review did not run the database-backed admin or full questionnaire suite, or a manual screen-reader audit.
The standard
The site aims to meet WCAG 2.2 at level AA, and follows your device's light or dark setting.
How it's checked
- The browser suite includes axe-core checks on selected public routes, discovery questionnaire steps and selected admin screens, in light and dark mode. Automated coverage is a subset of the site, not a claim that every page or interaction has been audited.
- The database-backed suite includes a keyboard-only test of the main questionnaire. It requires an isolated development database and is separate from public-page checks.
- Responsive checks include selected public pages at phone widths of 360 and 390 pixels. Wide data tables may scroll within their own container.
- Form controls are at least 44 pixels tall, labels and errors are tied to their fields, and focus moves to the next step's heading or to the first error.
- Animation is switched off if your device asks for reduced motion.
Known limitations
- Automated checks catch many problems but not all of them, so some issues may only be found by people using the site.
- Game and project screenshots each have a written description, but any text inside a screenshot, such as a game's on-screen interface, is only available through that description.
