What we collect
When you fill in one of our questionnaires we collect the answers you give, including your name, email address and, if you provide them, your phone number and business details. We do not record your IP address or browser details with your answers.
Why we collect it
To understand your business and what you need, and to reply with a quote or suggestions. If you agree on the form, we'll contact you about your enquiry.
If you sign up for game updates
We store your email, an optional first name and the games you picked, and use them only to send progress updates once the mailing list starts. Ask to be removed at any time and we'll delete them.
Site analytics
We count page views with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn't identify you. It records things like the page visited, the referring site, and your country and device type, in aggregate only.
Who can see it
Only Bywater Interactive. We never sell your information or share it for marketing.
Your access and deletion rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, at any time. Reply to any message we send you, or use the contact page.
Where it’s stored
Your answers are stored in a database hosted in Sydney, Australia.
